大株红景天联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效

Analysis of the clinical curative effect of sofren injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的:探讨大株红景天联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法:收治急性脑梗死患者90例,按照随机数字表法将患者平均分成观察组和对照组,采用不同的用药方案进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组病死率明显低于对照组,治疗有效率明显高于对照组,神经功能缺损评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组都没有出现严重的不良反应。结论:急性脑梗死患者采用大株红景天联合依达拉奉方案进行治疗具有显著效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of sofren injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of patients withacute cerebral infarction.Methods:90patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.According to the random number tablemethod,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.The different medication regimens were usedfor treatment.The treatment effects were compared between groups.Results:The mortality rate of the observation group wassignificantly lower than that of the control group;the treatment effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group;the neurological deficit score was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adversereactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Sofren injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction hasa significant effect.
