彩色多普勒超声在子宫瘢痕妊娠诊断中的应用

Application of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy

目的:对利用彩色多普勒超声诊断和指导子宫瘢痕妊娠的疗效进行分析,并观察其临床价值。方法:收治子宫瘢痕妊娠患者70例,对其进行分析研究,所有患者均经阴道和腹部彩色多普勒超声诊断进行检查。结果:利用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断检查,诊断正确56例(80.00%),而经阴道彩色多普勒超声进行诊断检查,诊断正确65例(92.86%)。结论:利用彩色多普勒超声诊断并指导子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效较高,诊断正确率较高。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of using color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and guidance of uterinescar pregnancy,and observe its clinical value.Methods:70cases of uterine scar pregnancy were selected.They were analyzed.Allpatients were examined by transvaginal and abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography.Results:Using color Dopplerultrasonography for diagnosis,56cases(80.00%)were diagnosed correctly,while65cases(92.86%)were diagnosed correctly bytransvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy and the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound indiagnosis and guidance of uterine scar pregnancy are high.
