摘要 目的:探讨放射技术在肺部肿瘤诊断中的临床效果。方法:收治肺部肿瘤诊断患者76例,随机分成观察组(CT扫描合并X线检查)和对照组(纤维支气管镜检查和痰脱落细胞检查)各38例,观察两组患者的诊断准确率。结果:两种诊断方法对于肺部肿瘤的诊断准确率为100%,但在恶性肿瘤的分类诊断中,准确率为92.31%,在诊断结果方面相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:放射性技术在肺部良性肿瘤诊断中具有较高的准确性,并且操作便捷、成本较低,对患者产生的疼痛感较小,可以多次重复操作。 Objective:To explore the clinical analysis of radiological technology in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods:76patients with lung cancer diagnosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(CT scan combined withX-ray examination)and the control group(fiberoptic bronchoscopy and sputum cytology examination)with38cases in each.Thediagnostic accuracy rate of two groups were observed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate of two diagnostic methods for lungcancer were100%,but in the classification diagnosis of malignant tumors,the accuracy rate was92.31%,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The radiological technology in the diagnosis of lung benign cancer has a highaccuracy rate;the operation is convenient;the cost is low;the pain of the patients is small;it can be repeated many times.
