临床护理路径在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis

目的:研究慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术护理的临床护理路径及效果。方法:收治慢性鼻窦炎患者80例,均采用鼻内镜手术进行治疗;于1个月后回访调查,采用评分制(10分)作为评估工具,对本次护理方案进行综合评估,对临床护理路径进行详细总结。结果:慢性鼻窦炎以脓涕、鼻塞、头痛等为主要症状,鼻内镜手术治疗效果显著,可从根本上消除病灶。本次优65例、良10例、中4例、差1例;优良率93.4%,符合预期标准。结论:临床护理路径具有针对性、专项性等特点,改变了传统鼻内镜术后护理模式。

Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing pathway and effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis.Methods:80patients with chronic sinusitis were selected.All patients were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery.After1month,thescoring system(10points)was used as evaluation tool to made a comprehensive evaluation of this nursing plan,make a detailedsummary of the application of clinical care pathways.Results:Chronic sinusitis were with purulent nasal discharge,nasal congestionand headache as the main symptoms.Endoscopic sinus surgery had a significant effect,and it could fundamentally eliminate thelesion.The excellent in65cases,good in10cases,medium in4cases,poor in1case,the excellent rate was93.4%,which met theexpected standards.Conclusion:Clinical nursing path has pertinence,specificity and other characteristics,and it changed thetraditional nasal endoscopic nursing mode.
