健康宣传对社区群众参与婚前保健的改善作用

Improvement effect of health promotion on community people participation in premarital health care

目的:探讨健康宣传对社区群众参与婚前保健的改善作用。方法:218例社区欲婚男女作为研究组,另218例社区欲婚男女作为对照组。对照组仅解答调查者咨询的问题,而未给予健康宣教;研究组实施婚前保健知识健康宣传教育。结果:研究组对婚前保健知识的掌握的优良率73.39%,显著高于对照组的41.28%(P<0.01)。研究组自愿参与婚检率94.04%,高于对照组的50.46%(P<0.01)。结论:健康宣传可以有效提高社区群众对婚前保健知识的掌握程度,强化其婚检参与意识,应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the improvement effect of health promotion on community people participation in premaritalhealth care.Methods:218cases of married men and women in community were selected as the study group,and218cases ofmarried men and women in community were selected as the control group.The control group only was answered the questions ofthe respondents,but did not given health education.The study group was given premarital health care knowledge health promotioneducation.Results:In the study group,the excellent and good rate of master of pre-marital health care knowledge was73.39%,which was significantly higher than41.28%of the control group(P<0.01).The voluntary premarital examination rate of the studygroup was94.04%,which was higher than50.46%of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Health promotion can effectivelyimprove the master degree of premarital health care knowledge of community people,strengthen their premarital checkupparticipation consciousness,the application effect is obvious.
