昆明市农村重性精神病患者健康管理问题及对策分析

Analysis on the problems and Countermeasures of the health management of rural patients with severe mental illness in Kunming

目的:分析昆明市农村重性精神病患者健康管理问题和对策。方法:对500例农村重性精神病患者的健康管理进行调查,并对5名公共卫生服务评审检查专家和25例基层公共卫生人员进行访谈,探讨昆明市农村重性精神病患者健康管理中的问题和对策。结果:当前昆明市农村重性精神病患者健康管理中主要存在患者和家属配合差、基层卫生服务机构不完善、缺乏规范分类干预管理、缺乏规范健康档案管理等问题。结论:昆明市基层管医疗卫生机构应当开展相关培训、强化服务能力、构建宣传和指控小组,进而促进当前农村重性精神病患者的健康管理。

Objective:To analyze the problem and countermeasure of health management of rural patients with severe mentalillness in Kunming city.Methods:The health managements of500cases of rural patients with severe mental illness wereinvestigated.5cases of public health service review and inspection experts and25cases of grassroots public health personnel weregiven interview.The problem and countermeasure of health management of rural patients with severe mental illness in Kunmingcity were explored.Results:The current health management of rural patients with severe mental illness in Kunming city mainlyexisted the problems such as poor coordination of patients and families,not perfect basic health services,lack of standardizedclassification intervention management,lack of standardized health archives management.Conclusion:Kunming city grassrootsmedical and health institutions shall carry out relevant training,strengthening service ability,building propaganda and allegationsgroup,and promote the promotement of health management in current rural patients with severe mental illness.
