90后护士对影响护患关系因素认知的调查与思考——以四川省南充市S医院A科室为例

Investigation and thinking of the cognition of nurses after 90s about the influence factors of nurse-patient relationship:a case study of department of A in S hospital of Nanchong city in Sichuan province

目的:探讨90后护士对影响护患关系因素的认知。方法:采用问卷调查和访谈法对22例90后护士关于影响护患关系因素的认知进行调查。结果:患者医学知识的匮乏、社会环境的渲染、医院管理制度的漏洞、护患双方沟通交流的迟滞是影响护患关系的4个最主要的因素。结论:90后护士认为工作态度、业务水平对护患关系的影响不大。

Objective:To explore the cognition of nurses after90s about the influence factors of nurse-patient relationship.Methods:The cognition of22cases of nurses after90s about the influence factors of nurse-patient relationship was investigatedwith the questionnaire survey and interview.Results:The lack of medical knowledge in patients,the rendering of the socialenvironment,the loopholes in the hospital management system,the delayed communication between nurses and patients were thefour most important factors that affected the nurse-patient relationship.Conclusion:Nurses after90s thought the work attitude,service level had little influence on the nurse-patient relationship.
