摘要
目的:探讨PDCA循环系统在进修助产士临床教学中的应用。方法:收集进修助产士60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予传统带教方法进行教学,观察组给予PDCA循环系统进行教学。结果:观察组进修助产士的带教老师及患者满意度、理论及操作考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组进修助产士对教学效果的评价明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环系统在进修助产士临床教学中的应用,有利于提高产房助产士的带教质量。
Objective:To explore the application of PDCA circulation system in the clinical teaching of study midwives.Methods:60cases of study midwives were collected and divided into the control group and the observation group with30cases in each.Thecontrol group was given the traditional teaching method for teaching.The observation group was given PDCA circulation system forteaching.Results:The satisfaction of instruction teachers and patients,theory and operation test results of study midwives in theobservation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching effect of study midwives in theobservation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA circulation system inthe clinical teaching of study midwives is helpful to improve the teaching quality of midwives in delivery room.
