The Exploration on the Governance Structure Innovation for the Sustainable Growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

改革开放后中国中小企业的持续成长是中小企业不断创新的结果 ,在当前政策红利和资源红利不断下降的现实背景下,治理结构创新是促进中小企业持续成长的新源泉。通过强化法律层面的产权保护问题,创新企业内部的产权合作机制,以组织创新和合作机制创新促进中小企业激励约束结构的改善,可以实现治理结构与中小企业持续成长相匹配,促进中小企业的持续成长。

Since the Reform and Opening-up,Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)grew up sustainably due to their continuousinnovation.Under the realistic background that both the policy and resources dividends are declining,the innovation in structure governance couldbe a new impetus to promote the sustainable growth of the SMEs.Through strengthening property rights protection,improving decision-makingmechanisms and optimizing incentive and restraint mechanism and other ways,the matching between the structure governance and the sustainablegrowth could be realized,thus to advance the sustainable growth of SMEs.
