摘要
基于互联网的信息优势,利用微观分工理论,指出全球化的市场规模使得基于价值链的分工模式被基于价值网络的分工模式所替代。在此基础上,融合"竞争"与"合作"两种战略思维,进一步分析了在全球化市场上,企业面对基于全球价值网络的分工格局,如何基于"互联网+"的战略,从经营目标定位、组织形式构建、运行机制设计和运营模式选择等方面来构筑其内生优势的生成路径。
According to the information advantage of the Internet and the theory of micro-division of labor,the article points out that the globalmarket scale enables the labor division which is based-on value chain to be replaced by the labor division which is based-on the value net.On thisbasis,through the combination of two strategic thinking as"competition"and"cooperation",the article also makes a further analysis on howenterprises shape their routes of endogenous advantage from the aspects of operation object location,organization construction,operationmechanism design,operation mode selection by using the strategy of"internet+"in the background of global market and the labor division basedonglobal value net.
