An International Comparison of Cultivating Internationalized Talents for the Human Resources Management of University and Its Reference

经济全球化使各类专业国际化人才成为各国应对全球化挑战的重要支撑,因而对各类国际化人才进行科学配置和有效管理的人力资源管理国际化人才的培养成为当前学术界、教育界与企业界亟待解决的重大课题。基于此,文章分析了我国高校人力资源管理国际化人才培养的现状与问题,比较了国外大学国际化人才培养的成功经验,从而提出了完善我国高校人力资源管理国际化人才培养的对策建议。

The economic globalization has made internationalized talents of various specialties important support for countries of the world toencounter with the challenge of globalization.Therefore,cultivating internationalized human resources management talents who are specialized inscientifically allocating and efficiently managing international human resource has become a vital issue for scholars,educators and entrepreneurs.Out of this purpose,the article analyzed the current situations,the main problems and causes of the traditional models in cultivating suchinternationalized talents for the Human Resources Majors of China.Then the article proposed the countermeasures and suggestions in improving thecultivating model of the internationalized talent in Human Resources Major.
