加强新品种试验努力开创种子管理新局面

种子市场进一步优化、新品种不断涌现、种子经营逐渐规范的同时，我国种子产业也随之出现各种问题与隐患。本研究注重讨论品种试验的意义、问题，并针对当前现状，对新品种试验、种子管理提出了一系列对策，主要从改善品种试验条件、规范品种试验程序等方面提供建议。

This study pays attention to discuss the meaning of the strain test, problems, and in view of the current situation, the new test,seed management put forward a series of countermeasures, mainly from the test conditions improved varieties, specifications varieties to advise test procedure, etc.
