摘要
针对工业控制计算机无法适应海洋恶劣环境的问题,本文提出了一种基于CompactPCI的密封加固传导海洋电子信息计算平台的设计方法。该方法采用低功耗、板载CPU和内存传导加固式主板,首先论述了整机的架构设计,然后详细阐述主板、电源、时钟的设计要点,最后提出整机结构的密封和散热措施。该海洋电子计算平台可以达到IP65防护等级,能够在户外淋雨环境下正常工作,可广泛应用于机载、舰载、海上浮台等海洋领域特殊场所。
In order to solve the problem that industrial personal computer is not adapted to harsh marine environment, a design method of marine electronic computing platform with seal-strengthen-conduction based on CompactPCI is proposed. The method adopts low power、CPU onboard and memory conduction reinforcement type motherboard, the structural framework design of the whole system was discussed, the key points of design of motherboard、power and clock are elaborated, some measures of sealing and heat dissipation for the computer are proposed. The marine electronic computer platform can reach IP65 protection, which can work in the rain environment and widely used in Marine special areas such as airborne、shipborne and pontoon.
