摘要
随着机床行业对零件多样化和加工工艺的复合化需求不断增长,面向复合加工的多轴、多通道控制已经成为数控技术的重要技术特征。在数控系统中,所谓单通道就是在同一时刻只能运行一个程序。而多通道实质是并行处理,它可以使多个程序在同一时刻同时运行或分别运行,互不影响。但现有多通道技术,需重新设计软件架构,开发周期、验证测试周期长,等缺点。本文为了克服上述缺点提供了一种数控系统中单通道与多通道的切换控制方法,该方法是在基于单通道数控结构上进行的二次开发,能够快速实现单通道和多通道的随意切换控制,且不需增加硬件成本。
With the machine tool industry, the demand for composite parts diversification and processing technology is growing,multi-axis machining for complex, multi-channel control technology has become an important feature of CNC technology. In the numerical control system, the so-called single channel that can only run one program at the same time. The substance is a multi-channel parallel processing, which allows multiple programs running simultaneously at the same time or separately run,independently of each other. However, the existing multi-channel technology, the need to redesign the software architecture,development cycle, long-verification test cycles, and other shortcomings. In order to overcome the above drawbacks of this article provides a numerical control system, a single-channel and multi-channel switching control method, the method is developed in the secondary structure is based on a single channel CNC conducted to quickly achieve a single-channel and multi-channel free to switch control , and does not require additional hardware costs.
