摘要
文章阐述了脉冲激励型静电除尘电源的发展历程,分析了两种典型脉冲激励静电除尘电源拓扑的优缺点,并针对采用高压开关方式的脉冲型静电除尘电源进行了研究,提出了设计思路,进行了仿真分析,建立了10kV直流叠加10kV脉冲电源系统并验证了设计的可行性;采用晶闸管研制了20kV/300A高压开关模块,并进行了实验验证。
The paper explains the development course of power source of electrostatic precipitation with pulse and inspiritingtype,analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of two kinds of power source of electrostatic precipitation with typicalpulse and inspiriting type.Based on the research of power source of pulse electrostatic precipitation by adopting high-voltageswitch mode,the paper puts forward the design thought,carries through the imitating analysis and sets up10kV direct current,and superposes10kV system of pulse power source and validates the design feasibility.The paper adopts crystal brake pipe,develops the high-voltage switch module of20kV/300A and make experiment validation.
