摘要
通过MATLAB软件运用数字图像处理技术对使用高分辨率数码相机拍摄的喷雾油束图片进行处理。结果表明:所用方法去除干扰因素效果显著,能有效降低非目标对象对目标区域的影响,图像整体质量提高;目标区域与拍摄背景对比度与区分度鲜明,边缘与整体轮廓较为清晰,可有效提高测量与分析的准确性;喷雾锥角测量结果可靠性好、精确度高且能较准确的评价喷射油束的雾化质量。
Through MATLAB software using the digital image processing techniques to use high resolution digital camera images spray processing. The results show that the method of removing interference factors is effective and can effectively reduce the impact of non-target objects on the target area. The picture quality is improved. The contrast and sharpness of the target area and background are clear, and the accuracy of the analysis; spray cone angle measurement accurate of reliability,high accuracy and can be more accurate evaluation of the spray liquid atomization quality.
