原生态民族传统体育的分辨是一个有争议的话题，评价一种民族传统体育是否原生态，不能仅仅认为原始的、本真的、不经雕琢的就是原生态的，严格意义上的原生态民族传统体育是不存在的。传统本身就是人为加工和创造，没有哪种民族传统体育项目是一成不变的。我们对于原生态民族传统体育研究不应该停留于争辩其是否原生态，更多应思考其发展与传承的方法和途径，这样才能更好地继承和发展我们的民族传统文化。

Distinguishing original national traditional sport is a controversial topic, evaluate whether a traditional sport is ecological, we cannot just think of the original, natural natures and without carving, and then believe it is original. In fact, an original ecological ethnic traditional sport in a strict sense doesn't exist. Tradition itself is processing and created, no national traditional sports are set in stone. We study the original ecological ethnic traditional sports, we should not stop to distinguish whether it is original, the more we should think about the ways and means of its development and inheritance, so as to better inherit and develop our traditional culture.
