儒家养生之道:欲养其生 先修其身

摘要 中华传统养生文化博大精深,探索中华养生文化这个古老而神秘的东方智慧,不仅有利于弘扬传统文化,而且符合当下所倡导的全民健身。研究养生文化必然要先分析中国传统文化,因为养生文化深受民族传统文化的影响,而儒家思想在中国传统文化发展史上一直占据着核心地位。文章通过文献资料法和专家访谈法对儒家养生之道进行研究,作者认为:儒家养生之道在于修身养德,随之提出的建议就是我们当下所提倡的“严以修身”。 The Chinese traditional regimen culture is extensive and profound, exploring the ancient and mysterious oriental wisdom of Chinese health culture, which is not only beneficial to carry forward the traditional culture, but also in line with the current national fitness. It is necessary to analyze the Chinese traditional culture, because the health culture is deeply influenced by the traditional culture.The Confucian thought in the development of Chinese traditional culture has always occupied a central position. Through the method of literature and expert interview to do Confucian regimen study, the author thinks: Confucian regimen is self-cultivation, morality improvement, and proposes at the moment to advocate "being strict with one's morality".
