民族传统体育与企业文化的联姻——以舞龙为例

The Linkage between National Traditional Sports and Corporate Culture——Dragon dance as an example

我国民族传统体育是中华民族文化的重要组成部分，是民族智慧、民族精神和民族性格的具象化体现，与当代企业文化中国化建设存在互补。文章运用文献资料法等研究方法，对民族传统体育传承之“困”及企业文化发展之“惑”进行分析。研究认为，两者“困”“惑”的本质是一种“供”与“需”的互补关系；二者存在有机的融合点，相互之间能够提供充分的营养供彼此优化发展，达到“共赢”的追求。

The national traditional sport is an important component of China’s nation's culture. It is also a concrete embodiment of the national wisdom, national spirit and national character. It is complementary with the construction of contemporary corporate culture in China. This paper uses the method of documents and other research means to analyze the "predicament" of national traditional sports inheritance and the "confusion" of enterprise culture development. It is concluded that the essence of the "predicament" and "confusion" of the two is a complementary relationship between "supply" and "need"; there is an organic fusion point between the two,and sufficient nutrition will be provided for each other to promote their development and achieve the win-win goal through fusion.
