“以真为美”论裁判员美德伦理观修养的价值

从哲学的意义解释何为真何为美的概念，以竞技体育的定义为出发点，分析体育竞赛裁判存在的丑闻使体育失真失本的伦理道德价值观的缺失现象。从美德伦理学的角度分析以真为美对竞技体育的意义，提出竞技体育中竞赛裁判以真为美的前提，在竞赛裁判中注重和追求以真为美的美德伦理学价值观。研究结论是从伦理学角度思考“以真为美”在体育竞赛裁判中的美德，为不失体育本真的发展在竞技体育中发挥美德伦理价值观的作用。

From the meaning of philosophy realness beauty concepts are explained, with the definition of competitive sports as a starting point, the paper does an analysis of the existence of sports contest referee scandals and the sports ethics lost and the value distortion phenomena. From the point of view of virtue ethics, the study analyzes the significance of the realness for beauty on the competitive sports, puts forward the premise that we can have the referees in competitive sports competitions keeping the view of realness for beauty, have them in competitions to pursuit realness, pay attention to and for the virtue ethics values. The research conclusions are from ethics view "having realness for beauty" in the sports competitions virtue, for the development of sports, we hope referees do not lose realness in competitive sports and play the role of virtue ethics values.
