文章运用文献资料法、比较分析法等方法，阐述了发展性教学评价的优势所在，通过对传统教学评价与发展性教学评价的比较分析，总结发展性教学评价在高校体育课教学中的合理选择运用有利于转变学生学习的态度和学习方式，在提高学生学习的积极性同时，有利于教师教学的顺利展开和学生综合素养的提升，使教学效果提高的同时教师的教和学生的学的达到最优化统一。
