翻转课堂引入高职院校体育教学的价值探析

The Value of Flip Classroom Introduction for Higher Vocational Colleges Sports Teaching

近年来，随着科学技术的不断进步与发展，经济和社会生活得到很大改善，获取知识的途径也越来越多样化。高职学校作为我国技术型人才培养的基地，最主要的任务就是为社会培养合格的技术型人才，所以，对学生的身体素质的重视及培养显得尤为重要。翻转课堂作为信息化社会产生的新型教学模式，为推进我国教学改革提供了新的思路和方法，然而，翻转课堂在体育领域的研究明显落后于国内的其他学科，文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法，针对目前我国体育教学中存在的问题，探讨翻转课堂与传统课堂的区别和引入翻转课堂的价值，从而提出在体育教学中实施翻转课堂的策略。

In recent years, along with the advance of science and technology development, not only our economy and social life are greatly improved, our accesses to the knowledge are becoming more and more diversified. Higher vocational colleges, as a skilled personnel training base in our country, their main task is to cultivate qualified technical talents for the society, therefore, attention to student's physical quality and training are particularly important. Flip classroom teaching as a new teaching mode, provides a newthought and method in order to promote the reform of Chinese teaching. However, the researchof flip classroom in the field of sports is obviously lagged behind the other domestic disciplines. This article with the methods of literature, expert interview, experience and other research methods, aims at the problems existing in the sports teaching in our country, explores the differences between the flip classroom and traditional classroom, and the value of flip classroom, thus to put forward the strategies of the flip classroom teaching in sports class.
