轧钢厂厂房内办公室及休息室的噪声治理 被引量:2

摘要 为解决某轧钢厂房空调系统的噪声超标问题,首先在厂房内布置噪声测点进行数据测量,在噪声频谱特性分析的基础上分别采取管道及风口消声和室内吸声处理等综合噪声治理措施。方案实施后,办公室的平均噪声下降了15.6 d B(A),休息室的平均噪声下降了17.2 d B(A),均达到国家规定的噪声标准,为工业厂房空调系统的噪声治理提供了可参考的依据。 In order to solve the excessive noise problem of the air conditioning system of a steel rolling plant, the measurement points are assigned in the plant to acquire the noise data. According to the analysis of the noise spectrum characteristics, the noise control measures such as muffler treatment of pipes and tuyere and indoor sound absorption treatment are adopted respectively. After the implementation of the noise control scheme, the average values of the noise level are reduced by 15.6 dB(A) in the offices and 17.2 dB(A) in the lounges respectively. And the national standard for noise control is reached. The method provides a reference for the noise control of air conditioning systems of industrial plants.
