宫颈环扎术联合利托君治疗妊娠宫颈机能不全护理干预及效果观察

Nursing Intervention and Effect Observation of Cervical Cerclage Combined with Ritodrine in the Treatment of Pregnancy Cervical Insufficiency

目的:探讨宫颈环扎术联合利托君治疗妊娠宫颈机能不全护理干预方法,并分析其临床效果。方法:随机选择2013年1月—2014年12月本院收治的诊断为宫颈机能不全的孕中期患者80例,对照组宫颈环扎术,观察组则在对照组基础上使用盐酸利托君及其综合护理。比较两组治疗后妊娠情况、两组延长妊娠时间、分娩时孕周及流产时孕周以及两组发生并发症情况。结果:观察组流产率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),足月妊娠率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组流产时孕周大于对照组(P<0.05),分娩时孕周大于对照组(P<0.05),延长妊娠时间长于对照组(P<0.05),观察组未发生宫颈裂伤、胎膜早破、心悸胸闷、呼吸困难、术后感染发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对宫颈机能不全者行紧急宫颈环扎联合利托君治疗,能有效延长患者妊娠时间,减少流产、早产率,配合综合护理则对减少治疗相关并发症有重要价值。

Objective: To investigate the nursing intervention and effect observation of cervical cerclage combined with ritodrine in treating pregnancy cervical insufficiency. Methods: 80 cases from January 2013 to December 2014 with cervical insufficiency diagnosed as cervical insufficiency were enrolled in this study. The control group was performed cervical cerclage, the observation group was also treated with ritodrine hydrochloride integrated care. Then the time of pregnancy, gestational age during childbirth and miscarriage at the time of pregnancy and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The abortion rate in the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The term pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05). The cervical lacerations, premature rupture of membranes and palpitations, chest tightness and dyspnea in the two groups had no difference. The incidence of postoperative infection in the observation group was less than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The emergency cervical cerclage combined with ritodrine treatment for cervical insufficiency can effectively extend the time of pregnancy, reduce abortion, premature delivery rate. Thus, comprehensive nursing care has important value to reduce the treatment-related complications.
