居家养老模式下城市老年人居住方式现状及其对策探讨——基于苏州市的调查与思考

A Discussion on the Current Situation and Its Countermeasures of the Urban Elderly Living Mode in the Pattern of Home-based Care for the Aged:Based on the Survey and Analysis of Suzhou Urban Elderly

采用问卷调查和入户访谈相结合的方法,运用统计分析方法对苏州城市老年人居住的现状、居住意愿及其影响因素进行分析。苏州城市老年人现实的居住方式与居住意愿之间存在一定的差距,年龄、身体状况和经济条件对老年人居住方式的意愿影响显著。从推广居家及社区养老住宅模式、从政策层面鼓励家庭成员就近居住、对老年人住区进行适老性改造、加快建设社区老年设施及项目等方面提出进一步完善的对策与建议。

By adopting the questionnaire coupled with the household interview, and using statistical analysis meth?od, this paper makes an analysis of the current situation, the living intention and the influencing factors of the ur?ban elderly living in Suzhou city. There is a certain gap between the actual living mode and the living intention ofthe urban elderly in Suzhou, and their age, physical condition and economic conditions exert a significant impacton their choice of the living mode. Besides, the paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures in the follow?ing aspects including promoting the residential model of home and community-based care for the aged, encourag?ing family members to live nearby from the policy perspective, renovating the elderly residential district and accelerating the construction of community facilities and projects for the elderly.
