河南省煤炭产业转型升级发展研究

Research on Transformation and Upgrading of Coal Industry Development of Henan Province

煤炭是河南省主体能源和重要工业原料,是关系工业发展的重要基础产业。在经济进入新常态形势下,全国对能源特别是煤炭需求也出现了下降,再加上西部地区大规模低成本开发,对河南省煤炭生产和下游化工产业提出了严峻挑战。在深入分析河南省煤炭产业发展的现状和问题的基础上,提出了以去产能、优结构、促交易、提物流和扩开放的发展思路,最终推动河南省煤炭产业提质增效,促进经济转型发展。

Coal is main energy and important industrial raw material.It is an important basic industry ofindustrial development in Henan province.At the new normal situation,the demand of energy,especiallycoal has fell,combined with large-scale low-cost development in western China,coal production anddownstream chemical industry of henan province put forward severe challenges.In analyzing the presentsituation of Henan coal industry development and problems on the basis of the proposed to capacity,theoptimal structure,promote the trade and logistics and expanding opening up the development train ofthought,ultimately promote mass transfer efficiency of coal industry in Henan province,to promote thedevelopment of the economic transformation.
