摘要
介绍了ЭИ835(12Х25Н16Г7АР)奥氏体热强钢的化学成分,叙述了化学成分对该钢的热强性的影响,汇总了该钢在不同温度下的物理性能、机械性能、持久强度极限及热稳定性数据,给出了该钢的冶炼工艺、加工工艺、热处理规范、焊接工艺以及该钢的一般特性和加工塑性的研究成果。
The chemical compositions in ЭИ835 (12Х25Н16Г7АР) austenitic heat-resisting steel were introduced, the influences of all elements on the heat-resisting property of the steel were described, the physical properties , mechanical properties, endurance strength limit and thermal stability data of the steel at different temperatures were summarized, the research findings about the smelting, working, heat treatment, welding process and general characteristics , working plasticity were presented.
