摘要
通过采用低倍分析、化学成分分析、光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等分析手段对40Cr钢材内裂缺陷原因进行分析,结果表明:40Cr钢材As含量偏高,且As严重偏析,在高温加热和轧制过程中极易产生"热脆"裂纹是内裂的主要原因。
Based on analysis of macrostructure, chemical composition, and with the help of optical microscopy,SEM and energy spectrometer, the reasons for internal cracking in 40Cr steel products were analyzed. The results showed that the content of As was higer, and As segregated severely, which likely caused“hot brittleness’during high temperature heating and rolling and is the main reason for internal cracking.
