本文针对TC11φ230mm钛合金棒材的组织不均匀性现象进行研究。采取增加α+β相区的总变形量,优化拔长方式,提高棒材的锻透性,从而达到改善棒材心部组织,提高横截面组织均匀性。

The structure inhomogeneity of large size ?230TC11 titanium alloy bar is studied. By increasing the total deformation of the α+β phase zone, optimizing the stretching way and improving the forging penetration of the bar,the core structure of the steel bar is improved and the structure uniformity of the cross-section is increased.
