摘要
通过合理的成分控制、冶炼及热处理工艺,成功研制了AP1000及ACP1000核电用SA-540B23CL.2材料。虽然规范给予的室温抗拉强度为1070~1170MPa,上下限之差有100MPa的范围,但从实际检测结果发现,为满足材料对300℃规定塑性延伸强度的要求,其实际室温抗拉强度应控制在1135~1170MPa之间,上下限之差仅35MPa左右,同时,回火次数的增加,该材料的屈强比有降低的趋势。
Based on reasonable control of chemical composition, smelting and heat treatment process, the materials SA-540 B23 CL.2 of AP1000 and ACP1000 level for nuclear power were successfully developed.Although the range of 1070-1170Mpa and variation of 100Mpa of tensile strength at room temperature is permitted in the relevant specification, the test result showed that the variation should be limited to about 35Mpa and the tensile strength shoulod be controlled in the range 1135-1170MPa, so as to meet the requirement of plastic tensile strength of the material at 300℃. In addition, with the increase of tempering times, the yield point/tensile strength ratio tended to decrease.
