摘要 通过对棒材连轧线第12架减速机锥齿轮轴(17CrNiMo6)断裂后的研究计算和该齿轮轴材料焊接特性分析,设计了有效焊接修复齿轮轴的技术方案,并进行了成功运用,及时解决了设备运行问题,保证了生产正常;同时,对该类齿轮轴断裂修复总结了一定经验和借鉴方法。 After the bevel gear shaft (17CrNiMo6) on No.12 reducer of the rolling production line has fractured,an effective repair program by welding has been designed and successfully applied through research calculation ,and through welding characteristics analysis on the material of this shaft,so that the problem is solved in time and the normal production is ensured. Moreover, this paper has also concluded what experience and methods can be learned from the repairs of the same kind.
