整合军民优势资源打造江油公共检测平台发展助力特钢新城加速

Build a Public Testing Platform by Integrating Military and Civil Resource Advantages to Accelerate Development of the Special Steel City in Jiangyou

本文在评述特殊钢性能检测特性和江油地区军民系统实验检测资源及其能力基础上,介绍了江油地区政企联手推动军民优势资源整合,打造公共检测平台,服务企业和地方经济社会发展的生动实践,并指明了在当前加强军民深度融合形势下的努力方向。

On the basis of a review on special steel’s properties and testing resources of military and civil system in Jiangyou as well as its capacities, this paper presented a practice of cooperation between government and enterprises in Jiangyou to promote integration of military and civil resource advantages to build a public testing platform for serving the development of enterprises, local economy ,and society. It also clarified the efforts to be made in the current stage of strengthening closer integration of the military and civils.
