摘要
通过对先秦至今统治阶级、普通社会民众、教育思想家和教师自身眼中教师身份认同流变的系统历史分期考察,发现先秦至今我国中小学教师身份认同历史流变,在内容维度上大致经历了如下四种变化趋向:身份认同的动力来源由自决性到受制化;身份认同的角色地位由尊崇性到污名化;身份认同的职业倾向由变动性到固着化;身份认同的目的价值由本体性到工具化。
Through examining the historical changes of the viewpoints and practice of teacher’s identity,which heldby the dominant class,the folks,the ideologists and the teachers themselves,we can find that,the Chinese primaryteacher’s identity have experienced four trend changes as follows:the formation of teacher’s identity has been externallydecided by others than by themselves,the teacher’s role and status has been more ill-famed than well respected,“teacher”as an occupation has been more fixing and stable than transforming,the value orientation of teacher’s identity hasbeen more instrumental than ontological.
