摘要
不同学科视野下对教育质量的理解均存在一定的局限,有必要回归到教育质量的价值维度来观照其本质和特征,这一维度也是思考教育质量评价标准问题的基本出发点和基本依据。教育质量评价标准从满足发展需要的价值维度而言包括个人与社会两方面,而从利益相关者的价值维度而言则主要包括国家、地方与学校三个层次。教育质量评价标准的制定应该着眼于"问题中心",以"多元分层"作为价值原则,秉持"和而不同"的价值追求。
For the education quality,the different vision of subjects has its own limitations.So it is necessary to returnto the value dimension of education quality to reflect on the nature and features,which is also the basic starting pointand fundamental basis referring to the thinking of the problem of the evaluation criteria of education quality.For meetingthe needs of the development of value dimension,evaluation criteria conclude two aspects:the individual-level and the social-level.While for the stakeholders of the value dimension,it concludes three levels:the nation,the local and theschool.The formulation of the evaluation criteria of education quality should focus on“problem centered”,regard“multiplelayered”as the value principle and adhere to the value pursuit of“harmony without uniformity”.
