摘要
针对LB公司仓库布局不合理,影响物流流转效率的问题,采用了系统布置设计(SLP)方法,对仓库的主要物流流程和产品的数量等信息进行分析,得到仓库内10个区域之间的物流与非物流关系从至表,确定各个区域间的相关强度等级,制定区域间的相应关系表,确定综合接近程度,发现新品库位和线体区、制单区和热塑膜区具有强相关性。依据相关程度形成优化后的布局方案,利用加权因素比较法进行方案的评价与选择,在改进后的方案中,托盘库位与入库区、出库区占有极高的比重。新品库位与线体的连接较为紧密。实践证明,改进后的方案提高了公司拣选仓库流程的时效性,减少了货物在途时间,减少了相应的时效成本,提高了物流运转效率。
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of logistics distribution caused by unreasonable layout of LB warehouse,the system layout design(SLP)method was adopted to analyze the main warehouse logistics process and the number of products and other information.The logistics and non-logistics relation from-to chart between the ten regions in the warehouse was obtained to determine the relevant strength grade between regions and the comprehensive close degree and it was found that the new location and body line,single-system and thermoplastic film area have a strong correlation.According to the degree of correlation,the optimized layout scheme was formed,and the weighting factor comparisonmethod was used to evaluate and select the scheme.In the improved scheme,the pallet location and storage area and reservoir area occupy a high proportion.The connection of new location and line body is more closely.Practice has proved that the improved scheme enhances the timeliness of the operation process of the company’s warehouse selection,reduces the transit time of the goods,cuts down the corresponding aging cost and improves the logistics operation efficiency.
