摘要
光纤通信因其具有的损耗低、传输频带宽、容量大、体积小、重量轻、抗电磁干扰、不易串音等优点,备受业内人士青睐,发展迅速。因此长期有效地提高并保持光纤生产的质量水平也越来越成为光纤生产方关注的焦点。介绍了保偏光纤的基本原理和其制造方法,引入统计过程控制的方法对保偏光纤预制棒芯径的测试数据进行列表作控制图等分析,利用其预警作用提高保偏光纤生产的质量水平。
Featuring low loss,broad bandwidth,large capacity,small size,light weight,good resistance to electromagnetic interference and less crosstalk,optical fiber communication has been widely favored by insiders and has gained rapid development. Therefore,the maintenance and improvement of production quality of fibre in a long-term basis has become the focus of optical fiber producers. This paper introduces the basic principle and manufacturing method of polarization-maintaining optical fiber. Also,the statistical process control method was introduced to the analysis of test data of inner diameter of polarization-maintaining optical fiber preform by way of listing and control chart making to increase the production quality of polarization-maintaining optical fiber via early warning.
