海上油田稠油井自生热复合解堵工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对渤海海域主力稠油油藏常见的有机质堵塞、粘土、砂粒和水锁伤害等多种伤害类型共存的情形,开发一种既能有效生热又具有较好安全性能的自生热体系。首先,分析了新型自生热解堵的原理,并通过与常用自生热体系的热峰值、蜡溶蚀等性能参数进行比对和分析,说明自生热体系主剂具有很好的解堵性能,满足油田安全生产和油藏保护的要求。然后,利用体系中的引发剂和表面活性剂,进行起泡试验及岩心驱替试验,说明此体系具有很好的分流效果。最后,通过现场应用,表明此体系对结腊稠油井有很好的解堵效果。 Aiming at the coexistence of several types of damage,such as organic matter blockage,clay,grit and water lock damage in main heavy oil reservoirs in Bohai Sea,a self-generated heat system with good heat generation and good safety was developed.Firstly,the principle of new self-generated thermal plugging was analyzed and compared with those of common self-generated heat system,such as heat peak and wax dissolution.It shows that the self-generating system has good de-blocking performance,safe production and reservoir protection requirements.Then,using the initiator and surfactants in the system,bubbling test and core drive test were carried out,which indicates that the system has a good effect of shunting.Finally,the field application shows that the system has good blocking effect on heavy oil wells.
