艾默生DeltaVSISCHARMs在海上平台中控ESD/PSD系统升级改造中的应用

Application of Emersion DeltaV SIS CHARMs in ESD/PSD System Upgrading for Center Control System of Offshore Oil Platforms

DeltaV SIS CHARMs自艾默生过程控制有限公司2010年推出以来,以其高灵活性的I/O模块电子布线技术,在原有控制系统柜内替代改造中有着其他产品无法比拟的优点。从海上平台中控ESD/PSD系统的实际应用出发,介绍了DeltaV SIS CHARMs在海上平台老旧PLC系统替代改造的方案设计及具体实施方法。通过应用艾默生DeltaV SIS CHARMs产品,在紧张有限的停产时间内本着降低工程的复杂程度和减少不必要改造工作的原则,进行系统改造,并一次性开车成功,实现了中控ESD/PSD系统实时监控、紧急快速关断保护功能。

DeltaV SIS CHARMs,launched by Emerson Process Control Co.in 2010,with its high flexibility in I/O module electronic marshalling,has incomparable advantages than other products in control system cabinet substitution and modification.Based on practical application of ESD/PSD control system in offshore platforms,this paper introduces the design and implementation method of the DeltaV SIS CHARMs in replacing obsolete PLC system for offshore platforms.During the tight schedule of planned production shutdown,due to the application of Emerson DeltaV SIS CHARMs products,system modification work was completed with lower project complexity and reduced workload,and the successful first-time start-up was also achieved for both ESD/PSD control system real-time monitoring system and emergency shutdown protection function.
