Due to the growing of conference proceedings, the cited frequency of conference papers has been increasing year by year, so that the reference format standard of extracted conference papers is becoming important. As the bibliographic cataloging of the papers is complicated and involves numerous items, authors are more prone to errors during the writing. To solve the standardization of the description format, this paper lists and analyzes existing problems and puts forward that the Bibliographic References should be strictly conformed to national standards to play an important role in improving the quality of journals.
