摘要
针对济钢320 m^2烧结机配备2台3.8 m×14 m圆筒混合机所采用尼龙衬板使用寿命低问题,分析出产生原因为每块尼龙衬板存在厚度厚、质量重、安装困难等缺陷,将一种以氧化锆为主体材料的柔性陶瓷应用于圆筒混合机,提高了圆筒混合机作业率,延长了筒体衬板的使用寿命,取得了较好的经济效益。
Aiming at the problem of short service life of nylon lining plate for 2 sets of 3.8 m 14 mdrum mixer equipped at 320 m2 sintering machine, the author analyzed the cause as the defects of lining plate such as big thickness, big mass and difficult installation. A kind of flexible ceramic with zirconium oxide as main material was applied to the drum mixer, increasing the productivity of drum mixer and prolonging the service life of lining plate. Good economic benefits were achieved.
