摘要 针对天铁焦化厂汽轮机液压调速系统发生摆动的问题,分析其产生的外部和内部原因。通过对机械传动机构和油系统进行维护检修,重新测绘负荷-转速的静态特性曲线来指导生产,消除了汽轮机液压调速系统发生摆动的现象,可以为用户提供持续稳定的合格蒸汽,提高了汽轮机组的生产效率及发电功率,延长了其使用寿命,取得了较高的经济效益。 The external and internal causes of swinging at the hydraulic speed regulation system of steam turbine were analyzed at coking plant of Tiantie Group. By means of inspecting and maintaining the drive mechanism and oil circulation system, resurveying the load vs rotate speed curve to guide the production, the swing problem at the hydraulic speed regulation system of steam turbine was resolved,the continuous, stable and qualified steam can be supplied to the customer. The production efficiency and generated power of steam turbine were improved and the service life of steam turbine was prolonged. High economic benefit was achieved.
