微信互动平台辅助儿科护理翻转课堂教学模式的实践研究

Practice research of WeChat interactive platform assisted to pediatric nursing flipped class teaching model

目的:探讨基于微信平台的翻转课堂教学模式,将微信互动平台用于辅助翻转课堂教学模式。方法:对"儿科护理"课程的学习内容、教学过程和学习效果进行精心设计和评价;选择学校护理专业大学二年级两个班的261名学生,将其分别纳入实验组(135名)和对照组(126名)。对照组采用传统的课堂教学方法;实验组应用微信平台辅助翻转课堂教学;评价两组学生专业实务成绩、实践能力成绩得分情况,开展微信平台辅助翻转课堂教学模式的实践研究。结果:实验组85%的学生表示认可微信平台辅助翻转课堂教学模式;实验组学生专业实务成绩为(79.881±7.553)分,实践能力成绩为(73.837±7.356)分,均高于对照组学生实务成绩为(78.810±10.553)分,实践能力成绩为(67.079±6.992)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.186,t=7.609;P<0.001);结论:微信互动平台能将翻转课堂教学与网络化教学进行有机结合,是一种行之有效的辅助教学模式,深受教师和护生的认可和好评。

Objective: To use WeChat interactive platform to assist pediatric nursing flipped class teaching model and discuss the teaching effective of this new flipped class teaching model.Methods: To take "pediatric nursing" course as an example to design the learning content, teaching process and evaluation of learning effect in carefully; 261 sophomore students who studied in nursing specialty were divided into observation group (135 students, received traditional teaching model) and control group (126 students, received WeChat interactiveplat form assisted to flipped class teaching model). To evaluate the specialty practice score and practical ability score, anddevelop the practice research for WeChat interactive platform assisted to flipped class teaching model. Results: 85% ofthe students in the observation group accepted this new teaching mode and their specialty practice score and practicalability score were 79.881±7.553 and 73.837±7.356, respectively; both of them were higher than those of the students in the control group(78.810±10.553 and 67.079±6.992; t=6.186, t=7.609, P<0.001). Conclusion: WeChat interactive platform can combine flipped classroom teaching with network teaching, and it is an effective auxiliary teaching mode and is acceptable and favorable by more and more teachers and nursing students.
