摘要
为满足电动汽车跨区域(城市)行驶需求,加快建设高速公路充电服务网络,设计一款大功率直流快速充电系统,可以实现为多辆车同时进行充电,且可以根据车辆信息实现功率自动分配功能。介绍了充电系统的设计原理,刷卡充电流程及刷卡操作界面的设计。实现与不同车辆的成功对接充电,通过国网公司的验收。验收结果表明该产品运行可靠、各项指标均满足要求,且成本较低,具有很强的市场竞争力。
In order to meet the demand of the electric vehicle(city),to speed up the construction of the highwaycharging service network,a high power DC fast charging system was designed,which could be charged simultaneouslyand could be automatically assigned according to vehicle information.Introduced the design principle of the chargingsystem,the charging process and the design of the interface.Through the successful docking with different vehicles,the company passed through the acceptance of national network.The results show that the product is reliable and theindicators are met,and the cost is low,and has a strong market competitiveness.
