人力资源管理创新的管理理念研究

摘要 在现代社会发展中人才已经明显成为了企业竞争的核心力量,只有对人才进行有效的管理才能够保证企业在如此激烈的竞争中占有一席之地。那么对于相关人力资源的研究就显得尤为重要。特别是人力资源的管理与创新,不仅能够对优秀人才进行系统的选择,同时也能够为企业的发展创造更好的机遇。但是就目前我国的人力资源管理发展状况来看仍然存在着较大的缺陷,为我国企业的发展造成了较大的阻碍。基于此本文对企业人力资源管理现状及存在的主要问题进行了分析,结合近年来企业在人力资源改革中的探索,提出了相应的策略。
