骨科大手术下肢深静脉血栓的预防及护理分析

目的：研究骨科大手术下肢深静脉血栓的预防以及护理措施。方法：我院选择2014年10月~2015年10月间诊治的140例骨科大手术患者，对其手术前后实施心理护理、饮食护理、预防措施、药物护理以及机械护理，观察患者的临床效果。结果：通过对所选的骨科患者实施预防以及相关护理措施，有6例患者出现DVT，通过积极的治疗以及护理操作后，患者均痊愈出院，明显的降低了深静脉血栓并发症出现几率。结论：骨科大手术后出现下肢深静脉血栓是严重的并发症，应实施基本预防、药物预防相结合的方法来降低DVT出现几率，有效提升患者的生活质量。

Objective :Objective:To study the prevention and nursing measures of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb in Department of orthopedics. Methods: in our hospital, 2014 October 2015 October in diagnosis and treatment of 140 cases of orthopedic surgery patients, before and a er the operation the implementation of psychological nursing, diet nursing. Conclusions: the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis a er major surgery in Department of orthopedics is a serious complication, which should be implemented to reduce the risk of DVT, and improve the quality of life of patients.
