摘要
该文通过研究单体光伏电池的物理特性等效电路,分析光照、温度变化以及串联电阻Rs的影响,建立了基于Matlab/Simulink的光伏电池阵列的仿真模型。对比光伏电池阵列的实际输出结果,发现仿真模型实际输出误差低于5%,因此,该模型可以广泛地应用于光伏发电系统的设计过程中,具有一定的工程应用价值。
In this paper,a simulation model of PV array based on Matlab/Simulink is established by studyingthe physical characteristics of a single photovoltaic cell equivalent circuit,and taking into account the effectsof light,temperature variations and series resistance Rs.The comparison between simulation results and measureddata proves that the error between them is less5%.Therefore,the model can be widely used in the designand optimization of photovoltaic systems,and has certain engineering applications.
