专利视域下陕西技术创新活动研究

The Analysis of Technological Innovation Situation in Shaanxi from a Patent Dimension

利用IPC分类体系开展专利情报分析,可以准确地反映某一领域或地区技术发展变化情况和趋势。本文以1985—2014年陕西发明专利为研究对象,采用文献计量法、时间序列分析法和回归分析法,以专利增长率、授权率等作为研究指标,通过分析陕西地区的专利发展趋势、空间分布、专利权人属性和质量动态变化特征及其原因,展现了陕西技术创新活动的发展历程,并针对存在问题提出了建议。

The technical development situation and trend in a particular area can be accurately reflected with the method of patent intelligence analysis base on IPC classification system. Taking the invention patents applied from 1985 to 2014 in Shaanxi as research subject, the paper illustrates the development trend and innovation activities in Shaanxi viewing through the spatial distributions, the patentees attributes,the growth rate, the authorized rate as well as the characteristics of the dynamic quality changes of the patents with the methods of bibliometrics, time series analysis and regression analysis, meanwhile the paper reasons out the existing problems and gives out some suggestions.
