Global manufacturing industries are going through changes. Cost competitive, manufacturing renaissance of developed countries and new industrial revolution initiate the restructuring of global manufacturing industries and cause manufacturing reflux, the deepening of international division and the increase in trade friction and new trade rules. Both governments and companies in the world join in the making of manufacturing industry strategy. This paper analyzes the reason、the trends and the impacts of the manufacturing industry transfer and the strategies of governments and companies in the world. This paper also analyzes the transfer trends of global electronic information manufacturing industry as a case study.
