中药复方蠲心煎治疗阳虚质慢性心衰患者的临床观察

Clinical observation on traditional Chinese medicine compound Juanxinjian in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients with Yang-qi deficiency constitution

目的观察自拟中药复方蠲心煎治疗阳虚质慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者的临床疗效。方法 70例阳虚质慢性心衰患者,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,各35例。对照组采用西医常规抗心衰治疗方法 ,试验组在对照组基础上采用口服中药复方蠲心煎,对比两组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)和B型尿钠肽(BNP)水平。结果治疗前两组患者LVEF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.355,P>0.05);治疗后第4、8周试验组LVEF水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.117、2.581,P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者BNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.077,P>0.05);治疗后第4、8周试验组BNP水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.016、2.124,P<0.05)。结论中药复方蠲心煎配合西药可以提高阳虚质慢性心衰患者的心功能,降低BNP水平,值得推广使用。

Objective To observe clinical effect of self-designed traditional Chinese medicine compound Juanxinjian in the treatment of chronic heart failure patients with Yang-qi deficiency constitution. Methods A total of 70 chronic heart failure patients with Yang-qi deficiency constitution were divided by envelope method into experimental group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional western medicine for anti heart failure treatment, and the experimental group also received oral traditional Chinese medicine compound Juanxinjian. Comparison were made on left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and B-typenatriuretic peptide (BNP) level in two groups. Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference inLVEF level before treatment (t=0.355, P>0.05). The experimental group had higher LVEF level after 4, 8 weeksof treatment than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (t=2.117, 2.581, P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in BNP level before treatment (t=0.077, P>0.05). The experimental group had lower BNP level after 4, 8 weeks of treatment than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (t=2.016, 2.124, P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine compound Juanxinjian combined with western medicine can increase cardiac function of chronic heart failure patients with Yang-qi deficiency constitution, and decrease BNP level. So this method is worthy of promotion and application.
