外用壳聚糖碘络合物联合内服裸花紫珠片抗人乳头瘤病毒感染临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect by external use of iodine-chitosan complex combined with callicarpa nudiflora tablets for human papilloma virus infection

目的探讨外用壳聚糖碘络合物联合内服裸花紫珠片抗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染临床疗效。方法 300例妇科门诊确诊为宫颈HPV感染并排除宫颈恶性病变患者随机分为治疗组、对照组和空白组,每组100例。分别采取外用壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜联合内服裸花紫珠片、物理治疗、期待治疗3种不同治疗方式。随访并比较三组患者的临床治疗效果和HC2改善状况。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率为98%;对照组患者为21%;空白组患者为2%,治疗组痊愈及显效明显优于对照组,且治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组及空白组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患者HC2改善治疗总有效率为99%;对照组患者为40%;空白组患者为2%,治疗组痊愈及显效明显优于对照组,且治疗组患者HC2改善治疗总有效率显著高于对照组及空白组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论外用壳聚糖碘络合物联合内服裸花紫珠片相结合的方法治疗HPV感染,效果优于传统的物理治疗和期待治疗,可在临床应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by external use of iodine-chitosan complex combined with callicarpa nudiflora tablets for human papilloma virus (HPV) infection. Methods A total of 300 patients with diagnosed cervical HPV infection without cervical malignant lesion were randomly divided into treatment group, control group and blank group, with 100 cases in each group. They respectively received external use of iodine-chitosan complex combined with callicarpa nudiflora tablets, physiotherapy and expectation treatment. Follow-up and comparison were made for clinical effect and HC2 improvement status in the three groups. Results The treatment group had total effective rate of treatment as 98%, which was 21% in the controlgroup and 2% in the blank group. The treatment group had obviously better cured cases and excellent cases thanthe control group, and the treatment group also had much higher total effective rate of treatment than the controlgroup and the blank group. Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.01). The treatment group had totaleffective rate of HC2 improvement as 99%, which was 40% in the control group and 2% in the blank group. Thetreatment group had obviously better cured cases and excellent cases than the control group, and the treatmentgroup also had much higher total effective rate of HC2 improvement than the control group and the blank group.Their difference had statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of external use of iodinechitosan complex and callicarpa nudiflora tablets shows better effect than physiotherapy and expectation treatment in treating HPV infection. This method is worth clinical application.
